Who we are

MVP BUILD STUDIO is a service of WIDER ML (SAS), a company registered in France under SIREN 978 746 220, with its registered office at 2 avenue Hubert Germain, 75116 Paris, France. We provide software design and development services — AI MVPs, SaaS products and custom business web applications — and are the data controller for personal information collected on this website. Contact: rsgraphiste@gmail.com.

Data we collect and why

When you submit our project form we collect the details you provide (name, business email, phone number if given, and your project description) together with the page you submitted from, your IP address and standard technical metadata. We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal and plan an introductory call. Providing this information is optional — you can also contact us directly by email.

Advertising & cookies

We advertise on Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising and use their measurement tags (Google tag and Microsoft UET) to understand how visitors reach this site. Advertising cookies are set only if you accept them in the cookie banner shown on your first visit; if you decline, only cookieless, aggregated conversion measurement is used and no advertising identifiers are stored on your device.

Opting out

You can decline advertising cookies in our banner, change a previous choice by clearing this site's data in your browser, and additionally opt out of personalised advertising directly with the networks: Google ads settings and Microsoft ad settings.

Storage & retention

Form submissions are stored on our servers hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany/Finland, EU) and retained only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting engagement, after which they are deleted.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. It is shared only with the processors needed to run this site and respond to you: hosting (Hetzner Online GmbH), form email delivery (FormSubmit / Devro LABS), and advertising measurement (Google, Microsoft) as described above.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to or restrict its processing, and request portability. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in France, the CNIL). Email rsgraphiste@gmail.com to exercise these rights — we respond within 30 days.
