04 — Questions

Asked on almost every call

How long does a typical build take?

Most systems go live in 2–6 weeks. A single-workflow tool lands at the short end; portals with several user types and integrations at the long end. Your proposal states the exact schedule.

Can it connect to the tools we already use?

Usually yes — accounting, CRMs, spreadsheets, email and anything with an API. Integrations are listed in the scope so there are no surprises.

Do you migrate our spreadsheet data?

Yes — import, clean-up and structure are part of go-live, so the system starts full, not empty.

Who owns the code?

You do. The repository, the infrastructure accounts and the data are yours from day one. Any developer can pick it up after us.

What if our requirements change mid-build?

Small adjustments are absorbed. Bigger changes get a mini-proposal — priced and agreed before anything shifts, so the budget never drifts silently.

How do payments work?

50% deposit reserves your build slot, 50% at go-live. Fixed price — if we misjudge the effort, that's our problem, not yours.

What happens after go-live?

30 days of fixes are included, plus training and written guides. After that: run it yourself, bring your own developer, or keep us on monthly maintenance.

Can it include AI features?

Yes — document processing, smart search, drafting and more can be built into any workflow. If AI is the whole product, see our AI MVP service.
